CAMPGROUND

CHECK IN TIME - 2 PM
CHECK OUT TIME - 11 AM

ALL CAMPERS MUST AGREE TO AND FOLLOW ALL OF THE FOLLOWlNG REGULATIONS:

1.  There shall be no camping, except in such areas as may be provided and Designated for such purposes. No person shall camp without an appropriately issued permit. There shall be no more than two (2) tents per rustic camp site or one (1) RV per site RV site.

2.  No Motorized vehicles are allowed in the campground areas. Motorized vehicles are restricted to the road and parking areas only. “Motorized Vehicles” include but are not limited to: cars, motorcycles, RVs, snowmobiles, four-wheelers, go-carts and scooters.

3.  These are carry-in carry-out units. Trash barrels are NOT provided. Trash is the camper’s responsibility and shall not be left behind.

​

4.  There shall be no open fires except in designated areas. All campfire material shall be brough to campfire locations. Plant materials, living or dead that occur in the park may NOT be used as fire material.

​

5.  All pets in the campground and on the beach shall be leashed or caged.

​

6.  NO livestock, including horses or other animals which can be ridden, are allowed in the campground areas.

​

7.  There shall be no glass containers in the campground or beach area.

​

8.  There shall be no disturbance or removal of vegetation, living or dead.

​

9.  Schoolcraft Township is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items.

 

ANYONE in violation of these rules and regulations shall be arrested and prosecuted as stated in SCHOOLCRAFT TOWNSHIP ORDINANCE- number 101.
